Forensics Investigator Training

Forensics Investigator Training
Brain Twister!!! hard!!?

George Kindley is on a midnight train. He seems to be sleeping.
At the last stop all the passengers get off,all except one. The conductor taps on the shoulder and let him know that they have arrived. George doesnt answer.Hes dead.
Hours later the forensic dr tells the investigator that he was poisoned . The four people that shared the compartment with George were called down to the police station.

man in the dark suit said,
Im innocent. the blonde was talking to him.

The blonde woman said,
In innocent.I did not speak to George.

The man in the light suit said
Im innocent the brunnette woman killed him.

The brunette woman said,
Im innocent. One of the men killed him.

Four statments are true and four ones are false.
Who killed George Kindley? (only one person killed him)

The blonde

[alternate explanation]
Each person makes two statements. First “I’m innocent.” And then a “accusation”. Only one person killed George, so three claims of innocent are true. With only one true statement left, we look at the accusation to see which can be true.

The blond was talking to George. Or the blonde was not talking to George. Either way, one of these statements is true. Since only one accusation can be true, the accusation “The brunette did it” must be false. Also the accusation “One of the men did it” must be false. This only leaves the blonde.
